We had an emergency job that required immediate attention, due to the danger to the public and the effect it would have on our tenants. There was a cracked panel, 6m high, above an entry canopy. After making a number of calls, Magic Glass arranged to come out soon after, remove the panel and make the area safe. The next morning they were back and installed the replacement panel.
